Miles, DDS, MD, FACS is Professor and Chair, Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Head and Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital.
